Dr. Holland regrets to announce she will be closing the practice as of September 25, 2009 for personal reasons. Until that time Chris Chris, our nurse practitioner will be available to see patients 9-3, closed on Wednesdays. You will receive a letter with instructions and a record release for your new physician. It has been a joy and a privilege to care for you and your families.

Please use the Patient Portal for ALL communications! Use YOUR account and not that of your family members, so that your information goes in your chart!
NOT ALL TEST RESULTS MAY BE POSTED AT THE SAME TIME.
We don't want you to have to wait on hold. When you are in the office, we want to be able to give you our undivided attention and not have the staff make you wait while they answer the phone for non-urgent calls. Telephone trees and voice mails that other offices use are aggravating as you are never sure when or if your call will be returned.
All messages via the Patient Portal are answered the same day (or next business day, if sent on the weekend).
Your questions for Dr. Holland are more accurate and complete if you ask them yourself, via the Ask Dr. Holland tab. All "nurse" questions are routed to Dr. Holland, even if you call by phone.
Refill requests should always be made via the Portal.
Please call the office only for urgent matters, such as a need for a same day appointment, sick children, etc.
